Polyester Buttons

Polyester buttons are produced in two ways: sheet and rod casting. The mode of production is important for the coloring of the buttons. Sheet casting is single and uncolored. On the other hand, rod casting is obtained by pouring different color into the rod at the same time and then cutting it into cylinders. With this method, patterns can be created in this button without interfering with different shades of color.

Any design method can be used on polyester buttons. Various text, patterns and logo can be applied onto it as per customer's request. It can be used as a natural-looking imitation instead of button types such as nacre, corozo, horn and wooden.
